Early Development Program Positions

ObjectMethod's Early Development Program is a means ObjectMethod has used to attract highly-skilled talent during our early stage development. The intention of the program is to attract additional founder-level entrepreneurial talent to ObjectMethod to allow us to expand into new business areas. There are openings both for management and executive talent to help promote the new business and for developers and design talent to create the new products and services.

The hours and compensation for the early development positions are non-traditional and entrepreneurial. The hours for these positions are initially part-time (typically 10 or so hours per week) and will ramp to full-time with the growth of the new business. The compensation is a mix of salary, bonus and equity tied to the success of the business and is targeted to provide salary and bonus in excess of normal salaried compensation.

ObjectMethod is launching a new business unit focused on Medical Information and Imaging and seeks an individual to head this group. ObjectMethod currently has ongoing business in both the areas of 3D visualization for medical research and of online medical information and imaging storage. An ideal candidate would be willing to come on board as an additional company founder and help to grow this business.

Director, Software Development, ObjectMethod Medical

A highly technical director of software development is sought for our Medical Information and Imaging business. An ideal candidate will possess both software architecture and project management skills.

Director, Software Development, Software Development Tools

A highly technical director of software development is sought for our Software Development Tools Group. This business unit is responsible for development of cross-platform software development tools (see ObjectMethod Components under Products/Services), applications servers, and Web development tools (see ObjectMethod Hemisphere under Products/Services).
